Office Hours – Pick an Event Planner’s Brain
I am SO excited to finally be doing this! EH!! It took some work and restructuring my calendar to map out how I could serve you all in this way, but wow, I have been excited to offer this for SO long, and I’m thrilled it’s finally possible.

Real talk:
I’ve wanted to do this for a while, but I honestly thought, “Who would want this?” or “Who would trust me?” or “Who will see the value in an hour of my time?”
The answer was already me! I wanted this. I was looking for it, and couldn’t find it.
I wanted to be able to book time with pros. Get through all the fluff talk (hard pass!) and into brainstorming and problem-solving with someone who does this for a living. I wanted to be able to run business ideas, more products and service offering ideas, and different ventures by someone who actually had the skills, knowledge, and lived experience to GIVE me REAL advice. And WOULD give that advice (so much gatekeeping, so little time, am I right?!).
So, I figured, like so many other things I’ve started, if I want it, I bet a lot of other people will too! And turns out I was very, very right.

So here’s how it works:
– All you do is book, pay, and show up.
– We talk, we solve, you act.
– You need more? Come book another hour when you’re ready.
No package, no commitment. If you want to try it, then come on over. If you want more, book more.
I LOVE therapy, my life coach, all the support and team members I have, but sometimes I wish I could just jump on with someone that has a focused skill set in X, X or X. And why can’t I just pick their brain? I wanna pick some brains!
But, with all that, I was realizing I needed more people in my corner. Being a business owner, starting a career, shifting into a new path, or taking on the build of a whole annual event (for example) can be VERY lonely, confusing, and stressful. Not to mention, where do you even start? Who do you need to know? Who are all the players? How do you make progress without burning out (work smarter, not harder, remember? We still want a personal life!). So here we are – with something I know is an amazing bridge that I wish I had when I started this business, communities, and Camp Rover Conference, to name a few. Someone on my side, in my corner, ready to give me real, actionable help.

My Office Hours are for people who want:
– To talk through an event idea you have, to see if it’s viable before investing
– Walk through confidence-building in leadership, and how to bring that out in your career space
– Find the hole in the event you’re planning by doing a walk-through together
– To help get you out of the place of overwhelm around your event and back on track with guided phases and accountability
– People considering making the shift into events, opening a venue, becoming a planner, or designer – some career coaching and real insight into our market here locally
– Event Audit work, where I review all your plans, your past events, and find the areas of growth and elevation you could explore
– Work/life balance in career and business building (this also flows into my Lifestyle Consulting, but that’s for another post đ )

I’m happy you’re here (!!), considering this for yourself. I know, It’s an investment to put time – and money – toward your dreams, your pivots, and your vision, but I can tell you right now – from experience – it’s always worth it, and I wish I had done it sooner myself. So, should we get started?
