Wedding Planning Bootcamp
For the couples who want to do it themselves — but not by themselves.
Wedding Planning Bootcamp is an 8-month guided program designed for hands-on couples who love the details, want to stay in control, and appreciate a little structure (and accountability) along the way. You’ll learn how to plan, design, and manage your wedding from start to finish — with professional guidance, templates, and a supportive community by your side.
Program Overview
- Timeline: 8 months of structured learning and planning support
- Format: Group video sessions every 3 weeks
- Extras: Workbooks, planning templates, private WhatsApp community, and 2–3 in-person meet-ups at vendor events
Each session follows the same rhythm: education, discussion, real-time Q&A, and actionable steps to move you forward. By the end, you’ll have not just a fully planned wedding — but the confidence and systems to make it happen smoothly.

Less chaos. More celebration.

Wedding Planning Bootcamp — FAQ
Q: Who is the Wedding Planning Bootcamp for?
A: This Bootcamp is for engaged couples who want to plan their own wedding — but with structure, support, and expert guidance. It’s perfect if you want: to stay organized, avoid overwhelm, make confident decisions, and still lead the planning yourself.
Q: What does Wedding Planning Bootcamp include?
A: You’ll receive professional-style planning tools (budget sheets, timelines, checklists, design guides), step-by-step guidance through every phase of planning, and access to community support (other couples in the program). It’s like getting planner-level insight — without full-service pricing.
Q: When will we meet? How often? Where?
Wedding Planning Booktcamp will meet every 3 weeks, on Google Meet. Meetings will be in the evening, Tuesday or Wednesday nights (I will survey the group and see what works best for all). As vendor events come up, they’ll be brought to the group so we can plan fun little outings together (things like venue open houses or showcase events).
Q: Can this work if I don’t know where to start?
A: Absolutely. Wedding Planning Bootcamp is built to guide you from “just engaged” to “ready to walk down the aisle.” We begin with foundations (priorities, budget, vision), then move through vendor booking, design, logistics, timelines — even down to final details.
Q: I’m having a small / intimate wedding — is this still right for me?
A: Yes. The Bootcamp is flexible and adapts to any size or style of wedding — large or intimate, traditional or modern. Because we focus on planning strategy and clarity, you get the same benefit no matter the scale.
Q: What if I need help along the way? Is support available?
A: Definitely. The Bootcamp connects you with me (Amanda Douglas) and a community of couples — you’re never “on your own.” You’ll get guidance, tools, and accountability at each step.
You’re not just planning an event — you’re creating an experience that celebrates your love, your people, and your story.
I created Wedding Planning Bootcamp to help you do it with intention, organization, and joy – and in togetherness, with me (your Wedding Fairy Godmother) and other couples.
A community of people planning an expression of their own love. How much more charming could it get?
