Heather & Ryan’s Art Gallery Wedding

Heather & Ryan had the most amazing vision for their Art Gallery Wedding. From the first meeting I knew their day would be full of personal details, fun designs, and the perfect balance of moody colours (there’s just so much you can do with white, black, gold and green – believe me – so much!)

They hired us for some Hourly Consultation as well as Day of Coordination.
Heather had the most unique ideas for her wedding but needed a little but of help bring it all together.
Through our Hourly Consultation meetings I could give suggestions, pointers on what would work, what wouldn’t, what needed a little more thought, and what could be moved to have more impact.
It’s always such a treat when our Day of Coordination clients add on Hourly Consultation.  It’s no secret that our favourite part is planning so to get to be a part if it – even in a small way – is alway the cherry on top. It’s so rewarding to get to see it all come together.
We love getting to work with other vendors that truly get our client’s style and can deliver the most interesting and personal offerings for them.
Stone House Creative did the most beautiful job bringing together Heather & Ryan’s style and adding just a pop of colour in there too.

“Working with Heather and Ryan on their florals was a lot of fun. Heather had a pretty distinct vision of what she wanted their wedding to look and feel like, and I loved what she was working on. From all of the graphics and fun stationery and signage elements that she undertook, to keeping the reception florals really simple so the modern space at the WAG could shine, it was all so great to be a part of.

My favourite part of their wedding was designing the ceremony arch! They had the structure custom made by a friend, and I basically got to do whatever I wanted to it. I used several different types of greens, some with very clean lines and some with fun, draping textures, tucked in a bit of burgundy foliage, and then a few spotlight white dahlias for focal points. Because of the structure itself, I was able to sink some of the arrangements back into the middle of the frame and do others on the outside, so we could achieve a pretty cool 3D effect. It was such a dream and one of my favourite parts of my entire wedding season!” – Lauren, Stone House Creative
